Yvonne Swartz
Age 65, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2008. She was born on August 8, 1942 in Portland the daughter of Raymond and Justine (Chartrand) Cramer. Yvonne was a very creative, artistic person. She loved photography, painting, worked with stained glass, and was an avid cat lover. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick Swartz. Surviving are her sister, Paulette (Thomas) Zubel of Grand Rapids; Uncle, Raymond (Kate) Chartrand of Portland; numerous relatives and friends. The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. Marilyn V. Danielson, Pastor of the First Congregational Church of Portland at 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2008 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Ionia County Humane Society, in memory of Mrs. Yvonne M.
