Asaad Jezdan

Asaad Mikhael Jezdan died on June 26, 2019 at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. He was born on May 7, 1932 in Hama, Syria to the late Mikhael and Mariam (nee: Murda) Jezdan. Asaad was the beloved husband of the late Linda Jezdan. He was the loving father of Kamal (Nina), Mike (Janet), Tony, Wafaa (Issa), Dalal (Nikoli), Maha (Haseeb), Anesa (Imad), Najat (George), Huda (Samir), and the late Mary. Asaad was the cherished grandfather of 27 and great-grandfather of 19. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28 from 2 pm to 8 pm with a prayer Service at 5:00pm at the Duross Chapel of Chas. Verheyden, Inc. in Warren (28499 Schoenherr Rd. Warren 48088). Mr. Jezdan will lie In State on Saturday, June 29 from 11:00 am until the time of his Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon at St. George Orthodox Church in Troy (2160 E Maple Road, Troy 48083). Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Clinton Township. After the funeral there will be a luncheon at Barrister Gardens which is located at 24225 Harper Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48080. The family would like to invite everyone to celebrate the life of Asaad at his home on Saturday, June 29 from 6pm to 9pm and Sunday, June 30 from 6pm to 9pm.
