David Michael McCullough, 55, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) at 6 PM, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. David is survived by his loving wife, Lynette, brothers Edward (Barb) McCullough of Vista, CA, Patrick (Wendy) McCullough of Prineville, Oregon; sister Barb (Earl) Laufenberg of Cashton, Wisconsin; father & mother-in-law H. Phillip & Shirley Klein of Albert Lea, MN; brother-in-laws Barry (Cindy) Klein of Staples, MN, Jim (Sue) Klein of Coon Rapids, MN, Dan (Kristine) Klein of Maple Grove, MN, and many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle & Mardell, and one brother, Don, all of Albert Lea, MN.
