Lori VandeVenter

VandeVenter Lori Jean, age 56, of Champlin, MN, passed away August 2, 2017. She was born October 10, 1960 to Gary and Jean (Collins) Stanford in Des Moines, IA. She graduated from Valley High School in 1979. Lori loved spending time with her family, especially her crazy grandchildren. She enjoyed her career in nursing, her Yorkies (PJ and Cecil), and cooking. Preceded by mother: Jean Stanford, brother: David Stanford and sister: Diana Johnson. Survived by loving family, husband: Kevin, daughters: Kelsey (Ryan) Schotzko, Krista VandeVenter (Mark Sandvig) and Danielle VandeVenter, grandchildren: Rylee, Kalei, Greysen and Kloey, father: Gary Stanford, brother: Douglas (Michelle) Stanford, aunt: Joan Stilwell and uncle: Denny Stanford. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Drive) Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 1 PM with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment Resthaven Cemetery, West Des Moines, Iowa. Family prefers memorials.
