Stocco, Sam A. Jr. Age 91, formerly of Brooklyn Park, passed away on November 28th. Preceded in death by first wife, Jeanne; granddaughter, Lauren Duwenhoegger; siblings, Angeline Lindgren, Louis Stocco, Lauretta Hanson, Rosellla VanTassel, John Stocco; step-siblings, Evelyn, Patrick, Marion, George, Louis, John & Patricia Raskovich. Survived by wife, Joanne; children, Nyki (Jack) Uhrich, Scot Stocco, Brad Stocco, Dawn (Peter) Duwenhoegger, Keri (Steve) Heroux; grandchildren, Molly, Kelly, John, Ian, Scotty, Theresa, Dustin, Corey, Nick, Zachary, Aaron, Carlee & Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Cole, Bayleigh, Ruger, Weston, Will, Stella, Sam & Ozzie; siblings, James (Eleanor) Stocco, Richard (Shirlie) Stocco & Pamela (Earl) Sjogren. Sam raised his family in Brooklyn Park, worked for 35 years with Thiele Engineering and spent his retirement years between Wisconsin & Arizona. He was an avid golfer, Vikings & Gophers fan, could build or fix just about anything but above all else, loved his family. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at ST. STEPHEN’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (525 Jackson Street, Anoka) Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11 AM, no visitation. Inurnment Gethsemane Cemetery.
