Kala Darlene Keith, 58, died July 15, 2016 at the Baptist Hospital in Jackson. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Southern Funeral Home in Durant. Interment will be at a later date in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, Kentucky. Kala was a member of Durant First United Methodist Church and the owner of the Pink Flamingo Flowers and Craft Shop. Survivors are husband of 39 years, Larry A. Keith; sons, Frank Keith of Baltimore, MD, John Phillip Keith (Lee Ann) of Sallis; and Chris Keith (Shelly) of Kosciusko; daughters, Christina Simmons (Lester) of New Market,MD, Kala Renee Keith of Stewart and Nikki Keith of Kosciusko; brother, William David Morse (Diane) of Providence, KY; sisters, Laura Avery of Tallahassee, FL, Cynthia Jean Kolb of Tiline, KY and Donna Lynn Johnston of Knoxville, TN, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
