Betty Jo Ramage Dees, 81, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the Attala County Nursing Center in Kosciusko, MS. Funeral Services are 1:00pm on Sunday, February 23rd, at Culpepper Funeral Home. Burial will be at North Union Cemetery in Hesterville, MS. Visitation will be at Culpepper Funeral Home Saturday, February 22nd from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Mrs. Dees is survived by son Billy Jim Dees; daughters Vickie Gove (Dan), Connie Christopher (Scott); grandchildren Elizabeth Maness (Ricky), Lyndsey Rigby (Ricky), Kayla Vance (Jason), Kelly Kelley (Chris), Lacie Hovas (Ryan), Candice Barber (Chase), and Kolby Gove; and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a cosmetologist and a retired CNA. Mrs. Dees was proceeded in death by her husband Jim Dees, parents Lonzo Hayden and Etta Hodges Ramage; brothers Hayden Ramage, Floyd Ramage, Allen Ramage, Cotton Ramage, and Paul Ramage; sisters Pearl Rigby, and Emma McBride; and daughter-at-heart Sherry Ingold.
