Mr. James G. Harris Jr. age 59 passed away Sunday August 18, 2019 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS. A private visitation will be held Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. A private graveside service will be held at Lorena Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS at 11:00 AM on August 21, 2019. Brother Norris Ables will officiate. James was a native of Lorena, MS, he lived in Mathiston, MS for the last five years after moving from Morton, MS where he’d lived for 22 years. James was a 1978 graduate of Raleigh High School. After graduation he began his career with BellSouth,later AT&T for 28 years. He is preceded in death by his father Gordon Harris. He is survived by his wife, Janice Wolfe Harris of Mathiston, MS; his mother, Pauline Harris of Lorena, MS; twin sons, James Ryan Harris (Cary) of Mathiston, MS and John Ross Harris (Kaley) of Mathiston, MS; one brother, Stephan Harris ( Angela) of Katy, TX; three grandchildren, Camden Ross Harris, Blake Leigh Harris and Brody James Harris.
