Annie Valleree Patterson, age 79, of Picayune passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Highland Community Hospital. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 10th at 10:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., with Bro. Hudnall officiating. Burial will follow at Sycamore Cemetery. Valleree was a former resident of Slidell, LA, a Baptist and a homemaker. She is survived by her son, James Hyatt of Picayune;two daughters, Patricia Burk of Picayune and Annette Kahl of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee;two brothers, Leo Mills of Picayune and William “Buddy” Mills of Picayune ;two sisters, Inez Seal of Picayune and Voncille Whitfield of Picayune; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Sidney Norris Patterson.
