Arthur Raymond Willhite, Sr., age 63, of Picayune passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010 in Carriere, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 1st from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at the Picayune Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Allen Hickman officiating. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. Arthur was born in Springfield, Illinois and moved to Picayune from Haslet, Texas three years ago. He was an Aerospace Engineer at Bell Helicopter and a U. S. Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Willhite of Picayune;two sons, Arthur Willhite, Jr. of Slidell, Louisiana and Jeremy Willhite of Picayune; one daughter, Trishalana (Chris) Hicks of Carriere; two brothers, Terry McKellar of St. Louis, Missouri and Darren Zimmerle of St. Louis, Missouri; two sisters, Cheryl Egan of Texas and Marti Scheller of Missouri ;seven grandchildren.
