Dale Boone PICAYUNE, Mississippi Obituary

Dale Boone

Dale Russell Boone, age 58, of Picayune passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Canon Hospice in Gulfport, MS. Beloved husband of Peggy Pender Boone, who preceded Dale in death on August 22, 2008.Dale was an avid sportsman who loved hunting, fishing, racing cars and his beloved New Orleans Saints. Dale and Peggy were inseparable in life and considered each other their soul mates. They were known to watch birds feed in the backyard and enjoyed life to the fullest. Their love for each other was and will continue beyond life on earth. When you leave this earth, if it can be said of you that you were a good husband, brother and friend then that person will be remembered. We hope and wish that all that knew Dale can say they remember him. He made a footprint on their lives. Dale has two sisters, Susan Sutton of Everett, Washington and Maxine Gries of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as an older brother, Staley (Butch) Boone of North Canton, Ohio. He was also an uncle to ten nieces and nephews, as well as eight grand-nieces and nephews. Dale requested that there be no service, therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in the name of Dale and Peggy Boone to either the March of Dimes or SPCA. Goodbye Brother and Friend, we love you and will see you again.
