Danny Roy Taylor, age 69, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at his residence. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Spiers, Bro. Ted Strain, and Bro. Barry Lee officiating. Burial will be at Rolling Hills Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home. Mr. Taylor was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, and worked in the construction industry. He is survived by his wife Barbara Taylor of Carriere; three sons, Heath Taylor of Carriere, Dustin Taylor of Carriere, and Allen Taylor of Carriere; two daughters, Heather Roberts of Carriere, and Samantha Lopez of Carriere; two brothers, Lesley Taylor of Carriere, and Robert Taylor of Carriere; three sisters, Sherry Pullens of Hattiesburg, Nellie Sheeks of Carriere, and Debbie Mitchell of Carriere; and thirteen grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Iris and Cora Taylor; and one brother, James Taylor.
