David Viles Kingsley of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the age of 76.<br><br>David Kingsley was born in Maine. His family moved to Florida and he resided there until joining the army. While stationed in Hawaii, he met Dolly, his wife of 53 years. A graduate of Emporia State Teachers College with master’s in music, he taught in Bucklin, Kansas and Shawnee Mission, Kansas. He worked for the Federal Government in Kansas City, Missouri until retiring and moving to Picayune, Mississippi. His joys in life were his family: his wife Dolly, his daughters Jennifer and Kristin, his son-in-law Sean, grandsons Mark and Arlen, and brother Mark and his wife Jill. He loved playing the French Horn, cruising, and dancing; but his passion was being on the golf course.<br><br>Services to be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Picayune, Mississippi at a later date.<br>David had many rescued beloved pets. In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the local Humane Society of Pearl River County, 1799 Palestine Road, Picayune, MS 39466.<br>

David Viles Kingsley of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the age of 76.

David Kingsley was born in Maine. His family moved to Florida and he resided there until joining the army. While stationed in Hawaii, he met Dolly, his wife of 53 years.
