Donald Louis Brand, Sr., age 87, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Friday, February 23, 2018.<br> <br>A memorial service will be held by the family at The House Slidell, 1000 Caruso Blvd., Slidell, Louisiana 70458 on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. <br><br>Mr. Brand a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a resident of Pearl River County for 30 years coming from New Orleans, Louisiana.<br> <br> He is survived by his wife, Geraldine L. Brand of Carriere; son, Donald L. Brand, Jr.; daughters, Karen Brand Marino of Austin, Texas, and Sheri Brand Bouyelas and her husband Kirk of Slidell, Louisiana; brother, George J. Brand, Jr. and wife Frances of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; sister, Carol Brand Snow of Harahan, Louisiana; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. <br><br> He is preceded in death by his parents, George J. Brand, Sr. and Olga G. Brand; his first wife, Noah Ann Epperson Brand.<br>Obituary
