Ellen Ann Couture, age 51, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Reeves officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Ann was a resident of Pearl River County for twenty two years, former EMS worker and attended Resurrection Life. She enjoyed serving her community thru public service. She will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by sons, Justin H. Pearson of Carriere and Daniel Couture of Carriere; step-daughter, Casey Couture of Carriere; their father, Jennings Couture of Carriere; brother, James Monroe Pearson, Jr. of Picayune; sister, Betty Beard of Slidell; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, James M. Pearson, Sr. and Edna Wagner Pearson; brothers, Paul Joseph Pearson and Emmett Pearson.
