Esther Lillian White, age 89, of Slidell passed away Friday, March 21, 2008 at Greenbriar Nursing Home in Slidell, LA. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, March 25th at 2:00 pm at St. Margaret Mary Church, 1050 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA. Mrs. White, a former resident of Wolcott, CT, moved to Slidell ten years ago. She was an inspector with Scovill Mfg. Co. and a Catholic She is survived by her son, James White, of Philadelphia, PA; daughter, Barbara Carney of Slidell; and five grandchildren.
