Jerry P. White, age 68, of Nicholson passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at his residence. The graveside funeral service will be held Friday, February 15th at 2:00 PM at Antioch Cemetery, with Pastor Dexter LeBlanc officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held Thursday, February 14th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Picayune Funeral Home. Jerry, a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, worked offshore as a mechanic, loved to fish and was a Pentecostal. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a member of the VFW and American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Tracy White of Nicholson; three sons, Jerry Williams of Boston, MA, Craig Williams of Denver, CO and Jeffrey Bean of Picayune; two daughters, Christy Watts and Sandy Bailey, both of Picayune; one brother, Bobby Williams of Tylertown; one sister, Madeline Sue Wedgeworth of Picayune; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Smith and a son, Christopher White.
