Mildred Rivera Murry passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Highland Hospital of cardiac arrest.

Visitation will be held at Picayune Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Father John Noone officiating. Burial will be at Biloxi National Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Beloved daughter of the late Marino Rivera and Antonia Rosa Cruz Rivera; beloved wife of 52 years to the late Richard L. Murry; Proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is the beloved mother of Kenneth L. Murry (Jeannette), Sidney L. Murry (Elizabeth), William M. Murry (Tiffany), and Lucy A. Murry, and the late Eugene Murry. Beloved sister of Priscilla Mechanas, Elsie O’Neil, Dora Romero, and the late Gilbert Rivera, Francisco Rivera, Henry Rivera, Della Medina, Marina Alcon, Adelaide Casias, and Francis Rodriguez.
