Stanley Joseph Delaune, Jr., age 67, of Carriere, MS passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at his residence in Carriere, MS. Visitation will be held Friday, January 13, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Snyder officiating. Burial will be at Henleyfield Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home. Stanley moved to Pearl River County forty-one years ago from New Orleans. He was a tug boat captain and a Catholic. He is survived by his mother, Lorina Zeringue of Louisiana; Four sons, Christopher Delaune, Sr. of Columbia, MS, Paul Delaune, Sr. of Marrero, LA, Keith Delaune, Sr. of Poplarville, MS and Stanley Delaune III of Picayune; Four daughters, Margaret Delaune of Carriere, MS, Katherine Delaune of Carriere, MS, Staci Williams of Poplarville, MS and Priscilla Gray of Texas; Brother, Fabian Zeringue of New Orleans, LA; Sisters, Diane Delaune Knox of Westwego, LA, Loretta Delaune Camus of Baton Rouge, LA, Marilyn Delaune of Westwego, LA, Jeannie Delaune Enclade of Crown Point, LA, Lisa Zeringue Shano of Marrero, LA and Susan Zeringue Dufrene of Marrero, LA; Grandchildren, Christopher, Jr., Brandon, Ashley, Mary Rose, Allen, Bradley, Paul Jr., Matthew, Colton, Keith Jr., Caitlyn, Bethanie, Gabrielle, Malachi and Dolly; Ten Great-Grandchildren; Godchildren, Scott Camus of Marrero, LA and Melissa Delaune Arnold of St. Amont, LA.
