Terry Ranee Milbrett Ulmer, age 57, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mrs. Ulmer was a resident of Pearl River County for 20 years and a homemaker. She is survived by her father, Raymond Milbrett of Oregon; husband, Randall “Randy” Ulmer of Carriere; sons, Casey Ulmer of Picayune, Harley Ulmer of Laurel and Scott Dolittle of Meridian; daughter, Lacey R. Ulmer of Carriere; brother, Clay Milbrett of Posti, Oregon; sisters, Linda Andrews of Mapleton, Oregon, Marsha Chewning of Springfield, Oregon, Marlene Cisneros of Grandview, Washington; Laura Bernhardt of Florence, Oregon, Kelly West of Mapleton, Oregon and Pamela Thompson of Florence, Oregon; sixteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Meilock Milbrett; sisters, Janet Kilpatrick and Cheryl Milbrett Pelonis.
