Victor Irwin Carlson, age 93, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor B.J. Condrey officiating. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City. Mr. Carlson was a resident of Picayune for ten years, and was in the retail industry. He is survived by one daughter, Kathy L. Quinn of Picayune; three grandchildren, Megan (Joseph) Weidemann, William Quinn, and Kristi (Kelly) Awe; and one great-grandchild, Kellen Awe. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Lorina Carlson; first wife, Bernadine Windham Carlson; second wife, Blanche McInnis Carlson; one son, Jerry Wayne Carlson; one sister, Lois Magnuson; and one grandchild, Patrick Carlson.
