Patricia Anne Parrish Irby, 83, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Mrs. Irby was the medical librarian for the Baptist College of Health Sciences School of Nursing in Memphis, TN and a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, William Irby of Coldwater, MS; three daughters, Rosemary Sinquefield of Senatobia, MS, Suzan Freibert (Ricky) of Tucson, AZ and Kathryn Devereaux of Tullahoma, TN; two sons, William Irby (Nancy) of Tullahoma, TN and David Irby of Memphis, TN; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
