Susan Ann Miller of Cuba, Missouri was born Friday, September 22, 1961 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Marvin and Sonya (Nee: McGuire) Collier. She left from this life on Sunday, June 23, 2019, surrounded by family, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis at the age of 57 years, Susan was united in marriage to Raymond Miller on February 7, 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri. They are the proud parents of Raymond J., Joseph, Sheri, Lesa and Heather. Susan spent her life taking care of her family and home. She loved playing bingo and she enjoyed bowling and going to water parks in her younger years. She was an avid fan of the Cuba Wildcats softball team and the girls summer league softball teams, that her granddaughters played on. What she truly treasured most in life was spending time with her family and friends. Susan was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Sonya McGuire and other family and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving husband, of thirty-eight years Raymond Miller, Sr., her amazing children; Raymond Jr. and wife Laura Miller, Joseph Miller and Sheri Miller and companion Colby Long all of Cuba, like a daughter; Lesa and husband Jason Eads of Rolla and Heather Ford of Kansas City, ten terrific grandchildren; Kaitlin, Chasity, Chloe and Jaxon Miller, Keira and Colton Long, bonus grandchildren; Elijah Eads, Emmalee Breslich, Savanah and Sahara Ford, one brother Marvin and wife Patty Collier of San Diego, California, two sisters; Sharon Collier of St. Louis and Luann and husband Joel Burkett of St. Louis, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Tommy and wife Sandy Miller of Cuba, Linda and husband Andy Moore of Licking, Missouri, Tina and husband Michael Steele of Vernon, Texas and Bobby Miller of Missouri, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington, Street, Cuba. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba. Special recorded music will be “Unchained Melody”, “How Do I Live”, “Why Haven’t I Heard From You” and “Gone To Soon”. In keeping with Susan’s wishes, she will be cremated following the funeral service. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving Susan’s family.
