Delmar Morton
Delmar Neal Morton was born on December 16, 1958 to Carol Benbrook Morton, 22, and Wendell “Wick” Morton, 32, in Independence, Missouri. Del was diagnosed with lung cancer on December 17 and passed away in the early hours of December 26, surrounded by his family. Del leaves behind his mother, Carol and his two sisters, Debbie Morton Thederahn and Carrie Morton Heil, eight nieces and nephews, and many family members who mourn his sudden passing. He was predeceased by his father, Wick, and his brother Danny. We will forever miss his crinkly, bright smile and his unconditional love for everyone he met.
