Patricia Kibby

Patricia Louise Kibby was born February 13, 1944 in Spokane, WA to Winston Ellis Taylor and Virginia May Taylor. She went into her Heavenly Father’s arms on June 2, 2019 surround by her family.

Patty was raised in Spokane Valley, WA. Attended grade school and graduated from Central Valley High School in 1962. Patty married Ronald Ray McKee in 1962 and had four children: Mark, Steve, Shannon and Meredith. The family moved to Cheney, WA, to Logan, UT, and settle in Frontenac, KS, where they raised their children. Ron and Patty divorced in 1984.

In 1986 Patty moved to Buckley, WA. She attended Pacific Lutheran University and graduated in 1988 with BSN. She worked as a nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. In 1990 she married Duane Kibby and in 2002 they moved to Billings, MT. Patty worked with handicapped adults and retired in 2016. She enjoyed her retirement with Duane.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Winston and Virginia Taylor; and sister, Linda Schmolke.

Patty is survived by husband; Duane Kibby, sons; Brian Kibby (Emilie) and Eric Kibby (Amber), Mark McKee (Myrrissa), Steven McKee (Jennie), daughters; Shannon Sprenkle, and Meredith Shirey, 22 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, a sister Susan Holiday and a brother Tom Taylor.

Patty was an amazing sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She showed us each how to love and to forgive.
