Dateline Wildwood Arlene M. Hobson, passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 20, 2019 at the Cooper Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Trenton, Arlene lived in Bordentown, North Hanover township and Wildwood. An avid animal lover, Arlene enjoyed traveling, but her greatest joy in life was living near the beach and spending time on the boardwalk. Daughter of the late William J. Hobson Sr., she is survived by mother, Rosemarie Hobson, her brothers, John W. Hobson, Jeff J. Hobson, William “Bill” Hobson and his fiancee Teresa Myzel, her 4 nephews, her niece and many friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arlene’s memory to the Cape May County Animal Shelter & Adoption Center DN 501B 4 Moore Road Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. A Celebration of Arlene’s life will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2019 11:00 am at the Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Calling hours will be held Monday evening 6:00 ~ 8:00pm and Tuesday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the Service. Cremation will be private.
