Nicholas P. Kamaras

<p>Dateline Bordentown</p><p><br></p><p> Nicholas P. Kamaras, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 27th at the Robertwood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton with his loving wife by his side. Born in Jersey City, he was a longtime resident of Bordentown Township. Nicholas received his Bachelors Art degree from Rider College , his Master’s Degree from The Catholic University of America and his PhD from The University of Delaware. Nicholas taught at Rider University, Trenton State College, Burlington County College and on the McGuire Airforce Base for the University of Colorado. His last employment position was as Public Relations Direct for the City of Burlington. He was a proud parishioner of St, Mary’s Church in Bordentown, but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife.</p><p><br></p><p>Son of the late Paul and Carmela Kamaras, he is predeceased by his brothers, Paul and John Kamaras, he is survived by his wife Kathleen M Kamaras, his brother, Gregory Kamaras, his sisters, Angelina Kalel and Vasiliki Ware, his father-in-law, Frank Rein, his sister-in-law, Carol Large and many nieces and nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday April 2nd 10am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church 45 Crosswicks St. Bordentown with Rev. Michael J. Burns Officiating. Calling hours will be held on Monday morning from 8:30 to 9:30am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Bordentown. </p><p><br></p><p> Arrangements are under the direct care and supervision of Robert L. Pecht, Bordentown Home for Funerals, 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown, NJ 08505.
