Dateline Trenton Shirley J. Mich passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 27 2017 with her loving family by her side. Born in Trenton she was a life long resident of the Bordentown community. She worked as a switch board operator for Heinemann Electric Co located in Trenton and retired after many dedicated years of service. A proud parishioner of St. Mary’s church, she volunteered at the food pantry and was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. But her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by all. Daughter of the late Frederick and Lillian Piepenbrinck, she is predeceased by her beloved husband, Russell V Mich Sr., her daughter-in-law, Joanne Mich, she is survived by her children, Patricia Smith, Russell V. Jr. and Kathy Mich, her grand children, CW2 Robert and Sandra Smith, Kelly and Nate Longstreet, Jason Mich, her great grandchildren, Nolan and Gavin Smith, Chelsea Deeds, Brianna and Kylie Longstreet. Donations maybe made in Shirley’s name to St. Mary’s Church 45 Crosswicks St. Bordentown NJ 08505. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday October 2 2017 11:00 am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church 45 Crosswicks St. Bordentown NJ 08505. Calling hours will be held Monday morning 9:00-10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bordentown. Arrangements are under the direct care and supervision of Robert L.
