David C. Kilian, Jr., 37, of Boonton, formerly of Brick died suddenly on Monday, July 13, 2020. David worked as a power wiring technician at American Modular Power Solutions in Boonton up until his passing. Born in Toms River, he grew up in Brick before moving to Boonton 4.5 years ago. Surviving are his son, David C. Kilian, III and his former wife and best friend, Jennifer Catney of Brick; father, David C. Kilian, Sr. and his partner, Karen Hill of Brick; mother, Patricia Cook of Savanah, GA; maternal grandfather, James Anderson of North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Jackie Anderson of Toms River; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Janet Kilian of Brick; brother, John Canak of Savanah, GA; ; step-sister, Mary Ritchings of Pennsylvania; and cousin, Daryl Kilian of Boonton; as well as many other aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him dearly. A viewing will be held 1-4pm on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. Final interment will be private.
