Joseph Polito

Joseph Polito, age 57, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019 at his home in Brick. Born in Irvington, Joe was raised in Old Bridge, but spent most of his life in Neptune City before moving to Brick in 2004. Mr. Polito loved working for Mazza Recycling in Tinton Falls hauling heavy equipment for many years. Joseph was motorcycle lover, especially Harley Davidson’s. He could fix anything, and would help anyone. He also enjoyed building car models, but his greatest joy was spending time with all of his family. He is predeceased by his father, Robert Polito and his brother, Richard Polito. Surviving are his beloved wife, Sandra; his loving children, Christopher Joseph, Nicole Marie and Lisa Marie Polito; his mother, Antoinette Polito; his siblings, Pamela, Anthony, Robert, Nicholas, James, Carl, and Rose and his cherished grandchildren, Trevor, Anez, Gianna, Xavier, Kiera, Noah and Nathan. Viewing will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 4-8 p.m. with a service being held at 7:30 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick. Cremation is private.
