Born in Newark, N.J. to Mary Genevieve and Salvatore Greco Angie was one of 12 children. She lived in W. Orange, N.J. before settling in Cedar Grove to raise her family. Angie received a degree in English Literature from College of Saint Elizabeth and had a career of teaching English and being a substitute teacher. Her favorite students were the most difficult ones, but she could always get them to work. Angie was proficient in International Cooking. Her dishes ranged from Greek Saltimbocca to German Beer Bratwurst and red cabbage to an amazing Irish Soda Bread. This skill kept her family very happy. She was a long-time parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Church and worked with Eva’s Soup Kitchen serving food to the homeless into her 80's. Angie considered herself mostly a homemaker devoted to the care of her family. Right up to her great grandchildren, her family was always her greatest achievement. She was a favorite among her dozens of nieces and nephews and stayed up to date with the lives and families of every single one. She will be greatly missed by many. Angie dedicated her life to her family and for that she will continue to be remembered every day. Predeceased by her husband Frank Bryce McCluskey, parents, and siblings Fr. Robert, Joseph, Genevieve Morgan, and Fr. Evan, she is survived by her children Frank Bryce (Melanie), John, Rev. Robert, Mary Szoke (Michael), Kenneth (Martha), Laura, and Mark (Kelly); grandchildren Brandon, Kelly, Jennifer, Mary, Bryce, and Nicholas; great-grandchildren Ava Angelina, Jozef Bryce and Alexander Michael; siblings Martha Shadwell, Loren, Fr. Raymond, John, Alberta, Mary Ann Scharf, and Richard K. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to a wonderful place that Mom called home: The Country Home for Memory Care, 1095 Tabor Rd., Morris Plains, N.J. 07950.
