GONZALEZ, Enrico Consolacion, MD, 81 of Franklin Lakes, NJ on March 23, 2020. Enrico was born in Catanauan, Philippines and moved to the New York City area in 1964. For the past 43 years he has been a resident of Franklin Lakes. Enrico was a longtime parishioner of the Church of the Most Blessed Sacrament RC Church of Franklin Lakes. Dr. Gonzalez was a cardiothoracic surgeon at the Valley Hospital, Ridgewood from 1979 until his retirement in 2010. In 1988, he was instrumental in the formation of the open heart surgical center at the Valley Hospital and was on the cardiothoracic medical staff of a number of Bergen & Passaic county hospitals. Enrico was the devoted husband of Flordeliz for 55 years. Beloved father of Maria (Steven) Demet of Lake Forest, IL, Miguel Antonio Gonzalez of New York, NY, and Amanda (Bryan) Winn of San Francisco, CA.; loving grandfather of Nicholas Demet, Elena Demet, Zachary Demet, John Demet, Jackson Winn, the late Max Winn, and Olivia Winn; brother of Ronaldo Gonzalez, MD, Teresa Diokno, and Alice Gonzalez; dearest uncle to many nieces and nephews.
