Mary Josephine Conti, age 96, of Trenton and Florence Township, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at home with family at her side. A graduate of Trenton Central High School, Mary was active as a member of the Hamilton Elks B.P.O.E. Lodge #2262, the local Senior Centers, and enjoyed dancing, baking, movies, and the music of Frank Sinatra. Her friends will always remember her for her class, style, strong friendship, and her devotion to those she loved. She was a true child of God. Daughter of the late Francesco and Rachel (Pica) Capasso; beloved wife of the late Pasquale “Charlie” Conti; mother of the late Patricia Conti-Leake; sister of the late Margaret Rossano, Irene Petrino, Anthony, Nicholas, Michael, and Edmund Capasso; she is survived by two grandsons, Anthony Leake and wife Katarzyna, and Joseph Leake and girlfriend Kristin; three great-grandchildren, Natalia, Anthony, and Ava Maria; her Goddaughters, Maddy Reggi and Patricia Corman and their families, as well as an extremely special and close friend, Tina Saraceni, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Christian funeral services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may pay their respects Monday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
