Alfred Rettberg

Alfred O. Rettberg, 75 of Jersey City, passed away on Tuesday November 19th, at Regency Plaza Nursing Home, Park Ridge, New Jersey. He was born in Manhattan and lived in Jersey City. Alfred worked as a printer for most of his life and later on became an elevator operator. Alfred was pre-deceased by his wife Veronica Rettberg in 1998. Survived by his son and daughter in-law Robert and Marie Rettberg; 3 grandchildren Kelly, Joseph and Jaqueline. Family will be accepting friends on Friday 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Saturday there will be a 9:30am service before the burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport.
