Barbara (Bobby) DeSantis, 75, of Belford, passed away on Saturday, January 31st, at home. She was born in Newark and has been a life-long resident of Belford. Bobby was a manager for the 7UP company, enjoyed watching Soap Operas, loved life and spending time with her family. Bobby was pre-deceased by her parents Mary and Benjamin De Santis; her husband Jack Schmidt and her brother Ronald DeSantis. Surviving are her 4 sisters and brothers in-law Jean Senatore of Belford; Mildred and Fred Hettinger of Old Bridge; Helen Fiore and Jim Maxso of Keansburg; Phyllis and Nicky Siciliano of Keansburg and Debbie and Jim McMenemie of Middletown; Many nieces and nephews. Family will be accepting friends for a Memorial Mass on Thursday, March 19th 2015 at 10:15AM; St. Ann’s Church, Keansburg. Inurnment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
