Carolyn V. Frank, 68, of Keansburg, passed away on Wednesday May 25, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was born and raised in New York prior to moving to Keansburg 35 years ago. Carolyn was the Deputy Tax Collector for Holmdel Township, loved to travel and loved to shop QVC. Surviving are her 2 daughters and son in-law Jacqueline Nelson and Joseph Pasqualucci of Connecticut and Michele Carrano of Keansburg; 2 brothers and sisters in-law Michael Reidy and Tina Grady of South Carolina and Timothy and Angie Reidy of Keansburg; 2 grandchildren Thomas (TC) Nelson and Niko Carrano; 3 Nephews Michael Jr., Derek and Kenny; and 1 great grandchild Nina Nelson. Family will be accepting friends on Wednesday June 1st 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Thursday June 2nd there will be a service 10:00AM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society in Carolyn V.
