Eleanor T. Di Capua McManus, 81, of Hazlet, Passed away on Sunday, June 7th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was born in Newark, grew up in Keansburg, prior to moving to Hazlet 40 years ago. Eleanor was employed at Lily Tulip for 18 years, K-Mart for 12 years and Helfrich Bus Company as a bus aid for 5 years. Surviving is her son Robert McManus of Hazlet, 4 daughters and 2 sons in-law Gail and John Smith of Keyport, Donna and Wayne of Holmdel, Denise May of Hazlet and Joann Trigili of Barnegat. 6 brothers Jerry Di Capua, Michael Di Capua and Lewis Di Capua of South Carolina, Joseph Di Capua and Fred Di Capua of Keansburg and John Di Capua of Jackson. A sister Margaret Salerno of Freehold and 9 grandchildren. Family will be accepting friends and family on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg, A service of Christian burial will be held on Thursday at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Internment to follow at Shore land Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.
