Eufemia Soto, 83 of Keansburg passed away peacefully Friday, August 24th at Regency Park Care Center. Born in Puerto Rico, Euphemia moved to New York City and lived there many years prior to retiring to Keansburg in 1979. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo and trips to Atlantic City. She especially enjoyed the companionship of her beloved dog Lulu, who will miss her very much. Euphemia was predeceased by her husband Miguel in 1994 and her sons Miguel Jr. and Bobby. She is survived by her children Fred, George, Miriam and Evelyn. She is also survived by her sister Santa and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends and relatives may pay their respects on Tuesday, August 28th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and again 9 am Wednesday prior to the funeral mass.
