Grace Dorritie, 87, of Keansburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 4th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was born in Newark, and was a life-long resident of Keansburg. Grace was a teacher in many schools; she served her Lord for 40 years, a sister of charity known as Sister Ann Thomas. She enjoyed horse racing Atlantic City and fishing. Grace was also an avid Yankees fan. Grace was pre-deceased by her husband Charles Dorritie. Surviving is her sister Ruth Small of Barnegat; many nieces and nephews.A Celebration of Her Life will be on Monday from 5-7pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation was private.
