John “Sharkey” Salerno Jr., 80, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday November 16, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was born in Newark lived in Irvington prior to moving to Middletown 38 years ago. John was a supervisor and shop steward for Pabst and Anheuser Busch. He loved Bowling and enjoyed the stock market and Wall Street. John was pre-deceased by his loving wife Bernice in 1997. Surviving is his daughter and son in-law Cindy and Steve Wolf of Keyport; his son and daughter in-law Michael and Nancy Salerno of Middletown. 2 grandchildren Stacey and Gina. A private burial took place on Friday November 19th at Glendale Cemetery Bloomfield, New Jersey. Arrangements where under the direction of the Jacqueline M.
