Joseph Edward Fox, 42, of Keyport, passed away on Sunday September 4th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was born in Orange, New Jersey and was a lifelong resident of Keyport. Joseph was an ER Technician for 15 years at Raritan bay Medical Center. Worked the ER at Bayshore Community Hospital, was a volunteer for Aberdeen First Aid district 2 for 25 years, was Ex Captain of Aberdeen First Aid, and loved Star Trek. Joseph was pre-deceased by his father Thomas Fox in 1991and his grandmother Ruth Dezenzo in 2002. Surviving is his mother Diane Dezenzo-Fox of Keyport; 2 brothers and sister in-law Thomas Fox of Eatontown and Daniel and Carol Fox of Keyport; his sister Melissa Fox and her companion Peter Szeles of Keansburg; 6 nieces and nephews Amber, Tommy, Shawn, Rebecca, Joshua and Daniel II; 3 great nieces and nephews Autumn, Adam and Aubree. Family will be accepting friends on Friday 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
