Karen Ulmer

Karen C. Ulmer, 61, of Hazlet, passed away on Thursday, June 4th, at Arnold Walter Nursing Home, Holmdel. She was born in Newark and lived most of her life in the Keyport, Hazlet area. Karen was a homemaker, a communicate of St. Ann’s Church, enjoyed bowling and bingo and loved spending time with her family. Karen was pre-deceased by her parents Christopher and Dorothea Dill and her daughter Christine Ulmer in 1974. Surviving are her two sons and daughter in-law Marc and Amanda Ulmer of Holmdel and Graig Ulmer of Hazlet; Two brothers and a sisters in-law Christopher Jr. and Joann Dill of Keansburg and Dennis and Debbie Dill of Trenton; four grandchildren Arieana, Chase, Cain and Cairo. Family will be accepting friends on Tuesday 7-9pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
