Letitia Hopkins, 65, of Keansburg, passed away on Thurs August 14th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was born in Manhattan, lived in Queens, prior to moving to Keansburg 5 years ago. Letitia was a homemaker and loved her family very much. She was pre deceased by her parents Joseph & Phoebe Kemsey, her son Richard Hopkins in 2003, her brother Joseph Kempsey and her sister Florence Neglia. Surviving is her beloved husband David for 38 years, 2 daughters Linda Sanchez of NY and Karen Hopkins of NY, her sister Phoebe Kempsey of TX and her close friend Muriel T. Russell and her family of Keansburg, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family will be accepting friends on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Monday there will be a 10:00 AM service at the funeral home. Internment to follow at Mt. Olivet cemetery, Middletown.
