Linda Marie Young, 58, of Keansburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 22nd, at home. She was born in Elizabeth, raised in Linden, prior to moving to Keansburg 27 years ago. Linda was the owner/operator of The Original Oyster in Highlands; she was a PTA and Band mom. Linda loved the beach, Atlantic City, her puppy Bella, cooking and her family. Linda was pre-deceased by her father; Michael Skolnik. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years; Mike Young of Keansburg; her 2 sons; Michael Young of Red Bank and Peyton Young of Keansburg; 2 daughters; Danielle Cocuzza and Alyssa Young of Keansburg; her sister; Jody Roland of Virginia; her mother; Arlene Deleon of Keansburg and her grand fur-baby Bowen. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday from 5-7PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Saturday evening there will be a 6:30PM service at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
