Lois J. McDowell, 58, of Keansburg, passed away on Saturday, December 19th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was born in New Jersey and lived all her life in Keansburg. Lois was a Soldier for the Salvation Army where she dedicated many years of her life to helping people in need. She enjoyed volunteering weather at St. Marks Soup Kitchen or in her neighborhood. She also organized children’s activities and was very active in her community with Keansburg Democrats. Lois is survived by her sister Michele Yurechko and her husband Todd of Forked River and her sister Gail and Titus Cetrulo-Williams of Keansburg. Family will be accepting friends on Monday, January 4th 2016 for a Memorial Service at St Marks Church, Keansburg at 11:00AM.
