Melvin M. Nepper, 80, of Long Branch, passed away on Sunday May, 4th, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Melvin was born and raised in Long Branch, he served for the US Army, was a member of the Teamsters Local 210 and worked at Bendix as a Machinist, he also worked as a crossing guard for the Long Branch School System. He loved Bingo and Fishing. Melvin is survived by 4 sons and daughters in-law Jerry Nepper of Middletown, Kenneth and Margaret Nepper of Belford, Daniel and Michelle Nepper of Keansburg and Matthew Nepper of Keansburg; his sister Beatrice Davis of Long Branch; 4 grandchildren Kenny, Caitlin, Brian and Ashley. Family will be accepting friends on Saturday 2-4 at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
