Patricia A. Ward, 70, of South Amboy, passed away on Monday April 2nd, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Elmhurst, New York, lived in Keansburg, prior to moving to South Amboy 32 years ago. Patricia was a waitress at the Holiday Inn, in Elizabeth. Enjoyed dinning out, and loved spending time with her family. Patricia was pre-deceased by her son Robert Handel in 1967. Surviving is her loving husband of 44 years Joe Ward of South Amboy; her son and daughter in-law Charlie and Cindy Handel of Howell; 2 daughters and sons in-law Muriel and Jamie Quinlan of South Amboy and Marion and Peter Rothman of South Amboy; 2 grandchildren. Family will be accepting friends on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
