Walter J. Fleming Jr., 54, of Keansburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 4th 2019. He was born in Red Bank and has been a life-long resident of Keansburg. Walter was an elevator operator for the New York City Housing Authority, past member of the Keansburg Board of Education and an avid Giants fan. Walter was pre-deceased by his parents; Walter and Julia Fleming Sr and his sister; Colleen McDermott. He is survived by his son; Bryan Fleming of Florida; his brother and sister in-law; Edward and Elizabeth Fleming of Arizona; his sister and brother in-law; Susan and John Dempsey of New York; two nephews; Shaun and Michael Ryan Fleming; many extended family. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Sunday, from 1-5pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
