William F. Frey

William F. Frey, age 64 of Long Branch, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at home. He was an auto mechanic at Midtown Tire in Long Branch. Bill was a member of the Phil Daly Hose Company #2, Long Branch. Born in Long Branch, he was a life resident. He was predeceased by his parents William J. and Marie Frey; a son, Philip Frey; and a sister, Harriet “Sandy” Paro. Surviving are his wife Alice Frey; son, Steven Frey and his fiancé Ausenda Brown; a daughter and son in law, Tracey and Aaron Biernacki; a daughter in law, Lynn Montaque-Frey; two brothers and sisters in law, Charles and Sue Frey, Leslie and Margaret Swazzo; six grandchildren, Keith Dietz, Elizabeth Montaque-Frey, Taran Hartwell, Cheyanne, Katelyn and Trevor Biernacki; and many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday from 6:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:30 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third Ave.), Long Branch. Memorial donations are requested to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury, NJ 07701.
