SPAGNOLETTI MD, Louis V. On July 16, 2018. Of Voorhees and Wildwood Crest, NJ. Age 66. Beloved husband of 38 years to Joan (nee Ellmer). Devoted father of Marc Spagnoletti (Asma) and Elizabeth Spagnoletti-Hecker (Mark). Louis will also be missed by his loving nieces, nephews, family, friends and patients. He was a member of the Medford Masons Lodge #178 and the Berlin-Gibbsboro Knights of Columbus.
